01 / Origin

Started as a raffle. Became an archive.

PACER began when a small group of runners and product people in Portland started tearing apart deadstock trainers to understand why the good pairs felt different. What began as reference boards and sample racks turned into a private drop model: limited colorways, numbered editions, and a collector culture that treated sneakers like print editions.

We do not chase seasons. We engineer one platform at a time, release it in numbered batches, and archive every build. When a drop sells out, the ticket stub stays in the catalog.

Last Development

12 MONTHS / 40 ITERATIONS

Every silhouette starts from a carved last and wear-test data. We tune the toe spring, heel pitch, and arch contact before any upper is cut.

Material Archive

RIPSTOP · SUEDE · FULL-GRAIN

Each colorway is matched against a physical swatch library. We only greenlight materials that age well: greased suedes, tight-weave ripstop, and leathers that darken at stress points.

Numbered Production

500 PAIRS / DROP MAXIMUM

Every drop is capped. Pairs are numbered at the factory, boxed in sequence, and catalogued before they reach the warehouse.

Ledger Release

RAFFLE · DROP · ARCHIVE

Releases are announced by drop number, not season. Once a drop closes, the colorway enters the archive and the ticket is punched.

03 / Construction

Specimen detail.

The Apex Trail upper combines a greased suede toe bumper, ripstop nylon quarter, and a bonded TPU heel clip. Every seam is double-stitched with signal-orange thread at stress points so the construction reads as clearly as the design.
